In the St. Louis County Justice Center, a former substitute teacher from the St. Louis region who had been accused of rape passed away.
On September 26, Brandon Holbrook was discovered dead in his cell. When he was discovered unresponsive, he was by himself in the quarantined cell. There will be an autopsy.
