Christopher Yoder, Williamsport math teacher charged with additional sex crimes
Christopher P. Yoder, 43, is facing nine more charges in addition to statutory sexual assault for two different occurrences, according to Williamsport Bureau Police.
Yoder appeared before Magisterial District Judge William Solomon on Tuesday just before 3:30 p.m. and was granted unsecured bail of $150,000 and $75,000 for two further counts.
Lycoming Yoder is accused of statutory sexual assault, institutional sexual assault, involuntary deviant sexual contact with a person under the age of 16, aggravated indecent assault, sexual abuse, illegal contact with a minor, endangering the welfare of children, corrupting minors, and more. He is also accused of photographing, filming, or depicting sex acts on a computer while knowing or approving the participation of a child.
On Tuesday, July 26, at 3:00 PM, a preliminary hearing will take place before Magisterial District Judge Christian David Frey.
