William Robert Duprey, Wolters Elementary School 6th grade teacher accused of committing lewd acts with a child

A Fresno elementary school teacher has been charged with indecent actions with a minor under the age of 14.

William Robert Duprey, 32, was apprehended by Fresno police early Friday.

He was taken to the Fresno County Jail and booked but had since bonded out.

Duprey is a teacher at Wolters Elementary School, according to Fresno Unified officials.

As the inquiry continues, he has been placed on leave.

A mother of an additional student in the same school has indicated her son was also assaulted by Duprey three years prior however no action was taken by the school district.
