After he, his parents, and police believe he was aggressively handled by a teacher, a 10-year-old kid now fears going to school.

The child’s neck, shoulders, and back were bruised, according to images provided by the family. The incident occurred on April 26 at Bedford Park Elementary School, when police say the teacher, 44-year-old Everaldo Benros, put his hands on the boy’s neck.

After the student allegedly tried to exit a lunch detention and began tossing chairs around the classroom, the teacher pushed him to the ground.

The child was rushed to Montefiore Hospital after claiming to be in discomfort in his back.

The mother of the child claims she has not received any communication from the school since the event.

Benros is facing various accusations, including assault, according to police, and was detained the next day.
